DELIVERY INFORMATION
At BuyamirrorUK.com we want you to be happy with your purchase, and make sure that your chosen products get to you successfully.
We hold a large amount of our products in stock in our own warehouse so we aim to have our products dispatched either Next Day or within 3 working days, and delivered in 7 -10 working days. (some postcodes may take longer).
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT use a large National Courier Service. Our chosen delivery method is through a Specialized Mirror Delivery Services, who operate their own fleet of vehicles throughout the UK and ensure that all products arrive in excellent condition. We will let you know once your product/s have been dispatched, and you will then be contacted by the courier to arrange a delivery day and time which is most convenient for you.
Should you need any item urgently or for a specific date please contact us prior to your purchase to confirm we can get it to you in time. You can do this by emailing us at sales@buyamirroruk.com
We offer FREE delivery on all products OVER £150 to anywhere within the UK mainland.
For products UNDER £150, there is a £20 Standard Delivery Charge.
For Non UK Mainland a surcharge of £20-£40 may be applicable.
Please ensure when placing your order that the delivery address, postcode and contact details are fully accurate.
Failed / Redelivery - If delivery is to fail for any reason a £25 re-delivery charge will apply.
RETURNS
Each product is checked before dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or the items have arrived damaged or faulty the following terms apply:
Damages - If a product has arrived damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours. Images of the damaged products must also be sent to sales@buyamirroruk.com prior to a collection being arranged.
All return items must be placed back in the full original packaging to receive a full refund.
Refund – Should you not be happy with your mirror, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of the return. The collection charge is £25.
The items being returned must NOT have been used or altered in any way and must be in resalable condition.
The returned products MUST be returned in their full original packaging or you may not receive a full refund. A £25 repacking fee will be deducted from the refund.
All Bespoke / Made to Measure products cannot be returned unless found damaged or faulty. No refunds will be given, but a replacement will be sent.
All refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned goods and will be made within 5 working days.
BuyamirrorUK retains the right to refuse a refund on any item deemed not to be resalable.
BuyamirrorUK does not refund any original delivery charge if paid.
CANCELLATION
You have the right the cancel your order at any time prior to the day of dispatch at no extra charge.
Any items that are Bespoke / Made to Measure can be cancelled, however you are liable for a charge of 25% of the purchase price.
PRICE MATCH
If you can find the same product at a lower price we’ll match it. We ask for you to send us proof of this prior to purchasing. Please note it must be current and completely identical. We cannot price match after a product has been purchased.
PACKAGING
At BuyamirrorUK.com all our products are dispatched with packaging giving maximum protection. The mirrors are re-inspected after manufacture and therefore the packaging may have been re-taped. This reduces the amount of new packaging which in turn helps to reduce waste. Most of the packaging is recyclable.
PRIVACY POLICY
BuyamirrorUK.com recognizes the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information given to BuyamirrorUK.com is stored securely, and is not accessible to any other users. Rest assured that any information you do give to Buy A Mirror UK will not be distributed to any other company. We are committed to protecting your privacy. NO BANK OR CARD INFORMATION IS HELD ON ANY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information to only to process your order. We will also e-mail you to keep you up to date with your orders and delivery’s.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
