• What are your mirrors made of?

The mirror used is 4mm thick and all frame materials are listed in the product description

• Can my mirror be hung either portrait or landscape?

All of our mirrors comes with fixings ready on the back of the mirror to hang both landscape and portrait, except for circles that is

• Can you make me a bespoke sized mirror as I have very specific size?

The answer is YES. We have the facilities to make your mirror to size. Just send us your size and the product name we will do the rest. Get in touch with us using the Contact Us page

• What if I want a mirror that is out of stock?

Please use the details on the contact page and we will let you know an ETA

• What if I want to receive my mirror on a date to suit me?

Not a problem. Please let us know on which date you would like to receive them and we will do our best to meet your needs

• What if I want to reserve a mirror for a date in the future?

Again, this is no issue; as long as we receive full payment in advance we will hold your mirror in our warehouse until your ready

• Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, Please send us your full address and we will quote you 

• How do I hang my mirror?

All our mirrors come with fixings to hang both ways. We also have fitting instructions supplied with all our mirrors. If you are in any doubt, please seek the help of a suitable professional.

• What if I want to exchange or return my mirror?

• Do You Price Match?

Yes, we'll price match any mirror as long as it is a like for like product. Just send us the proof of it cheaper elsewhere and we will match

• Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled only before the mirror is despatched. We are unable to guarantee a full cancellation or refund after the mirror has been despatched.

• How do I clean my mirror?

We recommend a spray or two of window / mirror cleaner onto a microfiber cloth to wipe down the mirror part. When cleaning the frame do not spray any chemical based products directly onto the frame! Use a dry cloth and wipe gently
